Faculty of Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Saurashtra University ,Dr. Arti Bagada, Dr. Monika Sangani, Dr. Riddhi Shukla, and Ms. Mishri Varasada—has attended a Faculty Development Programme organized by Sun Pharmaceuticals Limited, Vadodara, from 20th to 24th April 2026.

The programme provided an excellent opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge about the various departments of the Research and Development (R&D) center at Sun Pharmaceuticals. During the programme, the participants attended a series of informative lecture sessions conducted by experts from different divisions, including F&D Oral, Non-Oral, BA-BE, Biotechnology, Analytical Department, and Regulatory Affairs.

They also visited several laboratories within the R&D center, where they gained practical insights into formulation development and the associated regulatory provisions. The programme significantly enhanced their understanding of industrial research practices and pharmaceutical development process.
